It all began in 1982 when Jerry Libolt formed "Western Services." Western Services was originated as a Municipal and Agricultural waste hauling business. In 1990 the business expanded to do refinery work and became known as Western Refinery Services and later became WRS. Currently the company employs just less than 100 employees and the list of clients for WRS is extensive. As a mid-size, diversified contractor, WRS offers a full range of services from the refinery industry to civil work for site development as well as local residential work. WRS remains locally owned and continues to perform the majority of our work right here in the great pacific northwest.
