Established in 1982 by Jerry Libolt
In 1990 the business expanded to do refinery work
and is now known as Western Refinery Services. Currently
the company employs just over 100 and the list of clients includes
the 4 refineries located in Whatcom County and Anacortes. A
mid-size, diversified contractor, Western Refinery Services offers a
full range of services from the refinery industry to civil work for
site development.
